Meet the Founder

Charlene is the founder of Project Mindshift, a brand built on the belief that clothes should do more than just keep you warm. They should carry a message, a mindset, maybe even a little rebellion.

 

Why It Exists :

Project Mindshift was born out of late-night thoughts, messy sketches, and the stubborn idea that ambition deserves to be worn. These designs aren’t “just streetwear.” They’re daily reminders that your brain can be switched into new gears, new ideas, new possibilities.

What We Do :

We craft hand-drawn that makes you feel proud when you wear it (and maybe makes strangers think twice when they read it). 

Our Process :

• Ideas first: Every design comes from lived experiences and thoughts that refuse to stay quiet.

• Quality matters: Because nobody ever got inspired by a scratchy t-shirt.

• Wear, share, repeat: Think of it as mindset fuel.
